Effective October 18, 2020 - only the reporting component of Client Connect will remain within the Client Connect portal. You will no longer be directed to the home page and will be unable to view any content other than reporting on the portal.

Please access the Xchange Learning Management System (LMS) for content such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Web Based Training (WBT), Audit reports, User Guides and Resource Materials.

Due to an application upgrade on October 18, 2020 you are required to change your password. Click 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts to successfully login

To register for reporting access, you can email us at client_connect@fiserv.com or contact your Fiserv Service Manager. If your services are contracted with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), please contact your VAR service representative.

To sign-in for the first time with the Sign-In ID provided to you via email, press the "Continue" button.
